構造設計を行った建築の内覧会に行ってきました。
外構やバルコニー手摺などはこれからという状況です。
法改正に伴い多忙を極めた時期だったと推察されますが、階段回りなど分かりづらい部分も丁寧に施工してもらいました。
明るく、風がよく通る住宅でした。
I attended the open house for a building for which I provided structural design.
The exterior work and balcony handrails are yet to be completed.
It is presumed that this was a particularly busy period due to the recent changes in regulations, but even the more complex areas, such as around the staircase, were carefully constructed.
It was a bright house with good ventilation.
