ビッグサイトで行われた「非住宅木造フェア」に参加して来ました。
住宅よりも大きな規模の建物(例:学校、オフィスビル等)を木造で建てるために使用する金物や施工方法をはじめとして、周辺技術やそれらに関するセミナーを開催する催しでした。
CLT36を使用した耐力壁が提案されていましたが、CLT36の納期は2ヶ月と言われていますので、注意が必要かなと思います。
4階建てオフィスビルは在来軸組工法の木造で作ることができます。木造は軽いことから杭を減らすことができ、また「その他地域」(=防火地域や準防火地域では無い敷地)では仕上げの制限が緩和されるため、鉄骨造やRC造よりも低コストで作ることが期待されています。
I participated in the ‘Non-Residential Timber Building Fair’ held at Tokyo Big Sight.
The event featured exhibits on hardware and construction methods used for building large-scale structures (such as schools, office buildings, etc.) with timber, which is a method typically applied to residential buildings. It also included seminars and displays on related technologies and techniques.
A shear wall using CLT36 was proposed, but I was informed that the delivery time for CLT36 is two months, so I think it’s something to be cautious about.
A four-story office building can be constructed using traditional timber frame construction. Since timber is lightweight, it allows for a reduction in the number of piles needed. Additionally, in ‘Other Areas’ (land that is not within fireproof or quasi-fireproof zones), finishing restrictions are relaxed, making it possible to construct buildings at a lower cost compared to steel or reinforced concrete structures.
