横浜の住宅 / Yokohama House

横浜市において、住宅の建て替え計画の構造設計協力をしました。

1Fに4.1m×6.7mのリビングと水回りが配置され、2Fに3つの寝室が配置されています。既存ガレージを残す計画のため、階段部分をキャンチとしました。
既存ガレージをもう少し柔軟に扱えるよう法改正がなされるといいのですが。

光と風が通り抜ける住宅です。

I carried out the structural design for a replacement house project in Yokohama City.

The first floor includes a 4.1 m × 6.7 m living room and service areas, while the second floor contains three bedrooms. To preserve the existing garage, the stairwell area was designed as a cantilever.
I hope future revisions to the building regulations will provide greater flexibility when dealing with existing garages.

The house was designed to allow light and breeze to flow through the spaces.
